At CrossFit Chi-Rho, our goal is to help you reach your goals.  We understand that individual goals vary.  Whether you want to lose weight and look better, increase your abilities for your chosen sport, compete in CrossFit competitions, drop your cholesterol and blood pressure, increase your ability to function on the job and in life, or any variation of these, we can help.  All of our workouts are designed by Hollye Henderson, a CrossFit Games regional competitor, and all workouts can be modified to fit any age and skill level.  In order to better serve your health and fitness needs we also offer quality nutrition guidance services and recovery therapy services. Austin Mitchell-Briggs

Austin is a South Dakota boy that ended up in South Mississippi, following a paramedic degree internship. He stumbled across CrossFit Chi-Chi Rho by sheer fate and has not wanted to leave the area since. Austin has been doing CrossFit for eight years and is a current L2 Certified Trainer.  Austin’s compassion for CrossFit was instant because of his drive developed in the Marine Corps. The camaraderie and accountability within CrossFit gyms became an addiction and made it an easy choice for Austin to want to become a coach. When Austin is not at the gym you'll likely see him with his dog or on his motorcyle, or even both. 


Brittany mchann

Brittany McHann is a life long Clinton resident. She is a L-1 Crossfit Trainer, a Real Estate Broker Associate, & Investor. She has been doing CrossFit for over 7 years. Brittany is married to Brad McHann and they have a son, Maddox, and a daughter, Kennedy.


She is passionate about helping others and is excited to coach and serve other athletes in our Clinton community.



Kevin grew up playing football, baseball, and basketball. In high school he played quarterback, and his football team won the Tennessee State Championship. He has been lifting weights and training since he was 15. Kevin is a Level 1 CrossFit Trainer and Coach at CrossFit Chi-Rho.

Kevin and his wife, Vicki, own and manage CrossFit Chi-Rho. They have been CrossFit athletes for six years. Kevin and Vicki are both attorneys. Kevin and Vicki have three kids.


Trea futral

Trea is currently a nursing student in the Mississippi College Nursing Program. In high school, Trea lifted weights and played basketball, and it wasn't until his senior year when his parents introduced him to CrossFit. Since then, Trae has allowed the CrossFit lifestyle to better him physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Trae is now a Level 1 Certified CrossFit Trainer here at Chi-Rho where he wants to help people grow and thrive in all three of these 
areas of life! 


John foster

John Foster has been CrossFitting since 2013 and has been an L1 CrossFit Coach since April of 2017.  John was named Head Coach at CrossFit Chi-Rho in the Fall of 2018. John also has extensive Olympic Weightlifting experience, and has qualified for the University Nationals.   John and his lovely wife, Shannon, live in Clinton.  John is currently a  Seminary Student at RTS in Jackson.




Blaine is a Level 1 CrossFit Trainer. He has been a CrossFit Athlete for six years. Blaine is a coach at our box, a baseball coach, and a soccer coach. Growing up, Blaine was active in all sports and he was a 4 year collegiate football player. He is married with two sons and enjoys working out, hiking, traveling, and coaching his boys.


Molly stillions

Molly Stillions is now a Jackson resident transplanted from the Mississippi Delta. Raised in Clarksdale, she came to Mississippi College in 2009 for nursing school, and fell in love with the people and community in Clinton. Molly has been doing CrossFit for 2.5 years and is now an L1 Certified Trainer. She is engaged to Joel Williams, fellow Chi-Rho member, and has a dog named Fallon. When not coaching, Molly is a critical care nurse in the surgical intensive care unit at Baptist in Jackson. Molly is passionate about serving others in the community, having fun, and challenging her athletes to push themselves to be better than they were yesterday.


Brad mchann 

Brad McHann has been doing CrossFit for over 7 years. He has recently become an L1 Certified Trainer.  Brad enjoys helping and encouraging others to strive for their maximum potential.


Brad is married to Brittany McHann, and has a son, Maddox, and daughter, Kennedy.  He is a member of Pinelake Church in Clinton.  Brad enjoys all sports, and inner competitions at the gym.


1 Timothy 4:8  Physically training is of some value, but godliness has value for all things,  holding promise for both the present life and the life to come.




    Mitchell baker

    Mitchell is a Level 1 CrossFit Trainer and has been doing CrossFit since 2015. Originally from Alabama, he moved to Clinton when he joined the Mississippi Air National Guard where he currently serves as a C-17 Loadmaster. Mitchell and his wife Meg live in Clinton with their 3 dogs. He enjoys all sports, traveling, being outdoors, and working out.
